Positioning Statement

A positioning statement is a concise, internal-facing statement that defines who a professional serves, the problem they solve, and what makes their approach distinct from others in the same field. It is the foundation that message pillars, biography language, and content decisions are built from.

Example

"I help first-time founders raising a Series A build investor-ready financial narratives" is a positioning statement; the public-facing bio built from it will sound different but stay anchored to it.
